Please notify us at your earliest convenience if you need to return any item(s). You can do this by emailing us at:

In your email, please include your order details and reason for return. We aim to reply within 48 hours.
Change of Mind Returns

Unfortunately, we cannot offer returns on sale items or items purchased using a promotional code.

You have 10 days from the day of purchase to return items for a change-of-mind refund. Requests after this period will not be accepted.

Please note we do not offer free or prepaid returns. Customers are responsible for postage.

Items must be returned in the condition they were received, with labels still attached and free from makeup, fake tan, lotions, or any other marks.

Please include a note in your parcel with your full name, telephone number, address, and description of the items you are returning.

We recommend keeping your postage receipt until your refund has been processed, as lost parcels are not eligible for a refund.
Faulty or Incorrect Items

If you receive an item that is faulty, damaged, or not as described, please email info@missyone.com with a photo showing the issue, a brief description, and your order details.

We will aim to respond within 48 hours and help you rectify the issue.

Refunds relate only to the returned item(s). Style, fit, or personal expectations are not covered under our change of mind returns.
