NEED TO RETURN?

Please notify us at your earliest convenience if you need to return any item(s). You can do this by emailing us at:

In your email, please include your order details and reason for return. We aim to reply within 48 hours.

Change of Mind Returns

  • Unfortunately, we cannot offer returns on sale items or items purchased using a promotional code.

  • You have 10 days from the day of purchase to return items for a change-of-mind refund. Requests after this period will not be accepted.

  • Please note we do not offer free or prepaid returns. Customers are responsible for postage.

  • Items must be returned in the condition they were received, with labels still attached and free from makeup, fake tan, lotions, or any other marks.

  • Please include a note in your parcel with your full name, telephone number, address, and description of the items you are returning.

  • We recommend keeping your postage receipt until your refund has been processed, as lost parcels are not eligible for a refund.

Faulty or Incorrect Items

  • If you receive an item that is faulty, damaged, or not as described, please email info@missyone.com with a photo showing the issue, a brief description, and your order details.

  • We will aim to respond within 48 hours and help you rectify the issue.

Important Notes

  • Refunds relate only to the returned item(s). Style, fit, or personal expectations are not covered under our change of mind returns.

  • This policy does not affect your statutory rights.
